Cycling on the Cornish Way Cycle Route near Bude - Bude Cycling Accommodation

Cornish Way Cycling Route

Bude sits at the start (or the end) of the Cornish Way, a 123-mile Sustrans cycling route which passes through some great Cornish countryside finishing at Lands End.

Even if you’re not planning on riding the whole route, there is a circular route going out from Bude via Marhamchurch and Week St Mary, before returning along the coast road past Widemouth Bay which makes a fantastic day’s ride.

West Country Way Cycling Route

The West Country Way is a 240-mile Sustans cycling route which starts in Padstow, finishing in Bath or Bristol. After 50 miles, the route passes through Bude, making Surf Haven an ideal stopping point at the end of the first day.

The route then continues through Devon, across Exmoor and up through Somerset and making it a truly enjoyable week’s ride.
